Cannon joined owner Trumark Urban early in the pre-construction phase of this project working closely with their team to coordinate, value engineer, and evaluate all aspects of this venture, resulting in a more cohesive, efficient construction process.

This luxury, condominium building consists of twenty-seven, two and three bedroom residences and retail space on the ground floor. Each unit features spacious floor plans, professional grade kitchens, exceptional finishes and expansive private decks. The rooftop terrace is equipped with two outdoor grills, a fire pit, dog run, ample seating and dining areas and spectacular views.

As the San Francisco real estate market was exploding during construction, the owners chose to incorporate design changes which catered to this evolving market. There were multiple upgrades to finishes and layout modifications that were requested which Cannon was able to accommodate with minimal impact to the construction schedule.
