Buckingham is the second phase of an existing senior affordable housing project, currently consisting of one building, an adjacent garden and on-grade parking. This complex is a transit-oriented affordable housing community for seniors age 62+.
The community will feature 103 affordable senior housing units within walking distance of the Crenshaw/Martin Luther King Jr. Station on LA County Metro’s new Crenshaw/LAX light rail line.
The building includes an entry lobby, offices for social service providers, community room, fitness room, game room, and computer/reading room. BBQ area, picnic tables and lounge area are included in the central lawn.
