The project is located at the main entry to the campus. It will include a forty-two unit, four story student residential complex. Subterranean parking will include bicycle storage, motorcycle parking, trash room, and utility rooms. An amenity space and open terrace are located on the ground level, with view to the South, looking onto Montezuma Road. The forty-two units are a mixture of studio, two bedrooms, three-bedrooms, with the majority being four bedrooms. Level one includes community and amenity areas for the students. Levels two through four will have small lounge/study area for students to use.
