Cannon has recently completed the construction of a mixed-use, transit-oriented development consiting of 130 Units of Affordable Family Housing and 70 Units of Affordable Senior Housing and Day Care Facilities. Amenities include a library, community center, outdoor fireplace, 2½ levels of underground parking and community-serving commerical, retail and office space.
Project complexities include coordination with major infrastructure rerouting, contaminated soil remediation, LEED Gold, coordination with multiple lending sources including HUD financing, public art and a complete solar thermal system.
