This is a complete rehab of existing convent with a change of use to type VB. New seismic upgrades throughout, new wet sprinkler system, electrical service, HVAC units, parking lot and landscaping, courtyard, perimeter plaster walls with ornamental gates, site lighting, and commercial kitchen.
New finishes included three-panel period doors with custom lights, carpet tile, vinyl plank flooring, quarry and ceramic tile, P-lam cabinets, recycled wood and corian tops along with new acoustical ceilings and fresh paint throughout.
All required Title 24 Energy Efficiency Codes were met with new LED lighting and controls, new electrical switchgear, and HVAC systems.
