This 95 Unit Senior Affordable Housing project in Fullerton, California is our first project with The Richman Group. The project was completed as scheduled in April of 2016, and the facility was at full occupancy by July.
Units are 1 and 2 Bedroom Units, plus a Clubhouse, Fitness Center, WiFi, outdoor terraces and retail space at the street level. Construction included 1 level of parking below grade, one level of parking at grade, with the retail, and 5 stories of Type 3 Modified Construction above.
