Company Introduction

Cannon Constructors, Inc. was founded in 1978. Operations were expanded into San Francisco in 1995. The managing principals, Larry Pace, John Locascio, Michael Stieger, and Michael Adler, maintain a steadfast culture of commitment to our clients, industry innovation and consultant partnerships. All are actively involved in the day-to-day activities on every project undertaken.

We concentrate our general contracting expertise in four specific areas:
restoration-remodel, interior development, new construction, multi-family and medical. The dollar value of our projects generally ranges from $300,000 to $75,000,000, with our annual gross sales in the $125,000,000 range.

We provide disciplined and experienced personnel operating as a cohesive team, solving problems, organizing information and executing work to the highest of industry standards. We are hands-on, detail oriented and efficient professionals who take pride in our work. Our proprietary project management tools are unsurpassed and all are integrated into familiar formats for industry standard uses.

The keystone of Cannon Constructor’s philosophy is the most successful project is COLLABORATION. We become a partner to our clients, the various project consultants, as well as our subcontractors and vendors. Our primary mandate is first to understand, then to set to achieve our clients’ project goals and needs.

Our second mandate is to create a project environment that is well scheduled, well coordinated, and well conceived such that our subcontractors can function at peak efficiency. This means that we have a final project that is well built, in the shortest possible time. To accomplish this level of excellence, we exercise the concept and process of collaboration and teamwork.

Underlying our ability to be our client’s partner are a number of basic tenets that serve regardless of the project:
