The developer for this project, American Family Housing operates to address the problem of high rents and housing shortages. This is a 71-unit modular construction project with a separate community building and site amenities.
The modular factory is Nashua Builders, out of Boise, Idaho. The factory approach offsets the prevailing wage premium and expedite the completion of the project.
This is four stories of Type 5 construction over a mat slab. The building will be supported by a geopier system due to the liquefaction potential of the soils.
